Senior Change Management Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to lead Change Management projects in our client engagements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing change initiatives that drive business transformation and improve organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Change Management strategies to support business transformation initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement change initiatives
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored Change Management solutions
  • Provide coaching and training to clients on Change Management best practices
  • Contribute to the development of our Change Management methodologies and tools
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Change Management, preferably in a consulting or advisory role
  • Strong knowledge of Change Management methodologies and frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in German and English, with additional languages a plus
