**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at toom. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and selling our range of flooring products to customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable advice to customers on our flooring products
• Process customer transactions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including the display and storage of products
• Participate in visual merchandising and product displays to create an engaging shopping experience

**Requirements**

• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the retail or flooring industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
