Position Overview

As an IT Service Operations Manager at CompuSafe Data Systems, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our IT service management processes. Your expertise will ensure that our service delivery aligns with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and manage the policies related to IT Service and Solution Management.
  • Project Oversight: Monitor IT projects from the perspective of service and solution management to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Escalation Management: Act as a point of escalation for internal SLA monitoring and service controlling, as well as for external provider and KPI monitoring.
Qualifications
  • A completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in the financial services sector, particularly within treasury departments or consulting environments.
  • Extensive experience in IT Service Management.
  • Proficient in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2).
