Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ATE Test Engineer to join our team at European Tech Recruit. As a key member of our semiconductor manufacturing team, you will be responsible for developing and documenting test plans for new devices, designing and debugging test software and hardware for production and reliability, and overseeing test-related activities with internal and external test houses.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and document test plans for new devices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
- Design and debug test software and hardware for production and reliability, utilizing expertise in semiconductor test methodology and programming languages such as C/C++ or Java.
- Debug new silicon, identifying and resolving issues to ensure high-quality test solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring quality and cost-effective test solutions to mass production.
- Oversee test-related activities, including hardware and software development, with both internal and external test houses.
- Implement test programs, modify, and release into offsite production, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and test methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
- Expertise in semiconductor test methodology, with experience working on digital, mixed-signal, and PMIC devices.
- Hands-on experience with VLSI ATE, system-level, and RF/SOC testing.
- Strong programming skills in writing and debugging test programs and hardware-related issues, with proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Perl/Python) and high-level languages (e.g., C/C++ or Java).
- Knowledge of V93000 SOC Tester – Smartest 7 or Smartest 8 is highly preferred.
- Validated experience with test equipment, including spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and VNA.
