Job Overview:
As an IT Service Manager at Experian, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and enhancement of our critical online applications. Your expertise will be essential in managing service delivery and fostering collaboration across various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the continuous functionality and improvement of vital online services within a dedicated team.
- Manage service requests and second-level escalations from initiation to resolution, focusing on incident and problem management.
- Design, implement, and refine operational workflows in accordance with ITIL best practices, alongside monitoring and logging solutions.
- Serve as a key point of contact between internal stakeholders, application development teams, clients, and external service providers, including international partners.
- Facilitate client configuration on the company's infrastructure and assist in the technical integration process leading up to GoLive.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in (Business) Informatics or a related field.
- Extensive experience in Service Delivery or IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITIL frameworks.
- Familiarity with service management platforms such as ServiceNow, including process management capabilities.
- Proficient in monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, or similar cloud-native solutions.
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is advantageous.
- Methodical and structured work style with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
- Agile mindset with a proactive approach to contributing to team objectives.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Customer-focused attitude with a readiness to engage directly with clients for technical inquiries.
