About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Werkstudent to join our Professional Oral Care team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our digital marketing efforts and maintaining our customer database.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in digital marketing initiatives and product maintenance in the eCommerce area
- Update and maintain customer data in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the Dental Sales, Retail Marketing, Finance, IT, and Director Professional Oral Care teams
- Perform data analysis and provide insights to support business decisions
- Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Information Science, or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Previous experience in an analytical role and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent German and good English language skills
