3i Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a 3i Coordinator. As a key member of our innovation team, you will play a crucial role in promoting entrepreneurial thinking and driving business growth through our 3i program.

• Support the participation of all employees in the 3i program through training, information, and promotional activities.
• Ensure the evaluation and reward principles are adhered to, and discuss evaluations/rewards in justified individual cases with decision-makers.
• Clarify questions that arise during the processing of 3i proposals, from submission to payment of rewards.
• Convene and lead 3i Commission meetings, ensuring adherence to general regulations, guidelines, and legal frameworks.
• Oversee employee working groups in the "3i unlimited" process and report regularly to management.
• Exchange and collaborate with other 3i Coordinators to promote the implementation of the 3i General Works Agreement.

• A completed business administration training, along with specialized knowledge gained from many years of professional experience in various operational and strategic functions.
• Alternatively, a degree in business administration or a comparable field, with several years of professional experience in the specified area.
• Ability to visualize data generated from the Idea Management System (SIM2.0) using Microsoft Power BI and possess facilitation and presentation skills in English.
• Solid knowledge of the GBV "The 3i Program" and the web tool "Siemens Idea Management SIM2.0".
