What part will you play?

The "3i" suggestion system (Ideas, Impulses, Initiatives) makes a valuable contribution to promoting entrepreneurial thinking among our employees at Siemens AG. Through the 3i program, employees actively contribute to the company's success, with good ideas being quickly implemented within the company and rewarded by decision-makers. According to the "General Works Agreement on the 3i Program," the role of the Idea Manager is to support the business-responsible executives in achieving their business goals, increase the company's value through additional business contributions, and foster the motivation and identification of employees towards continuous improvement.

For this responsible role, we are seeking a dedicated 3i Coordinator (m/f/d) for our Berlin Meßgerätewerk:

The 3i Coordinator is responsible for supporting the participation of all employees in the 3i program in an appropriate manner (through training on the 3i process for managers, decision-makers, and potentially employees, as well as through regular information and promotional activities to encourage participation in the 3i program). You will ensure that the evaluation and reward principles are adhered to. There is a need to discuss evaluations/rewards in justified individual cases with decision-makers independently of the reward limit, and if necessary, to modify them in collaboration with the 3i Commission. In the event of a change, the decision-maker must be informed. It is your responsibility to clarify any questions that arise during the processing of 3i proposals, from the submission of ideas to the payment of rewards, and to request decisions and proof of implementation. It is required to convene and lead the 3i Commission meetings. In your role, you also ensure that general regulations, guidelines, and legal frameworks are adhered to in the 3i process. In the "3i unlimited" process, you will oversee various employee working groups and report regularly to the management. Exchanging and collaborating with other 3i Coordinators to promote the implementation of the 3i General Works Agreement completes your responsibilities.

What you need to make real what matters.

The foundation of your qualifications is a completed business administration training, along with specialized knowledge gained from many years of professional experience in various operational and strategic functions. Alternatively, you have completed a degree in business administration or a comparable field and have several years of professional experience in the specified area. You must also be able to visualize data generated from the Idea Management System (SIM2.0) using Microsoft Power BI and possess facilitation and presentation skills in English. Solid knowledge of the GBV "The 3i Program" and the web tool "Siemens Idea Management SIM2.0" is also necessary.
