Aviation Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Expert to join our team at VSE Aviation Germany GmbH. As a Quality Assurance Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our aviation logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate customer complaints and resolve issues through the Return Material (RMA) process
  • Develop solutions and propose recommendations to management to improve quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal customers, including Sales, Quality, and Purchasing departments, to resolve customer and vendor issues
  • Prepare reports and provide updates on quality performance

Requirements
  • Professional experience in warehousing and logistics
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
