Channel Sales at Nutanix

The Director of Channel & Ecosystems for Central-Europe will be integral to Nutanix's Channel Sales division. This division focuses on acquiring new clients, expanding into additional sectors and organizations, and enhancing partner capabilities related to the Nutanix product suite. The team benefits from comprehensive support from various departments within Nutanix, including Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development, equipping them with the necessary tools to achieve outstanding sales results. Close collaboration with sales leadership is essential to devise and implement effective Channel Sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth. Working alongside cross-functional teams, such as Channel SEs and Enablement, is vital for success.

Your Role

Oversee and mentor a team of Channel Sales Managers Cultivate relationships with Nutanix partners throughout Central-Europe Formulate and execute a robust Channel Sales strategy Enhance partner capabilities in promoting the Nutanix portfolio Propel pipeline development and achieve booking objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize growth initiatives Strategize and direct channel operations and partner business planning Work with field marketing to ensure effective communication and generate demand

What You Will Bring

8-12 years of relevant experience Profound understanding of the sales process and Channel Sales dynamics Proven ability to lead and nurture a diverse team of Channel Sales Managers Experience in target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales methodologies Proficient in engaging with C-level partner executives Capability to plan and manage within budgetary constraints Strong organizational and strategic planning acumen Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
