About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager with German to join our team at skills matter sp. z o. o.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of Value Added Services.
  • Lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor services to meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies that align VAS offerings with overall business objectives, driving growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze and optimize service delivery processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate VAS offerings.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise in the delivery process, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in managing projects or operation services.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and project coordination.
  • Proficiency in using logistics and service management software tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align services with business goals.
  • A customer-oriented approach with the ability to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or IT service management (e.g., ITIL).
  • Languages: German B2 & English B2.
  • Experience in SAP or Integration area will be an additional value.
