Position Overview
As a Strategy Intern / Student Assistant, you will collaborate closely with our Co-Founders, Valentina Ullrich and Kai Wundling-Schulze, during a pivotal stage of our startup journey. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the development of our eHealthcare company.
Key Responsibilities- Support to Founders: Assist the founders in various operational areas as they build the company, including market strategy, customer engagement, business development, marketing, sales, and product innovation.
- Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes and help create new ones to enhance operational efficiency.
- Launch Oversight: Participate in the setup and monitoring of the company's initial launch phase, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
- KPI Monitoring: Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on the company's progress and success.
- External Communication: Aid in enhancing external communication channels and explore new business opportunities.
- Market Strategy Contribution: Assist in developing and executing the go-to-market strategy, identifying new market opportunities.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
- Possess an analytical mindset with a focus on data and KPIs.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Show interest in innovating within the health and well-being sector.
- Preferred: Familiarity with technology, including web and mobile applications, algorithms, and chatbots.
- A desire to engage in diverse areas and continuously acquire new skills.
- A proactive individual eager to contribute to a transformative company.
