Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist divisional controllers in planning and control functions.
  • Prepare business evaluations and management-oriented information.
  • Support projects aimed at the further development of divisional controlling.
  • Collaborate on the optimization of processes, methods, and systems in divisional controlling.
  • Manage conversations for regular team communication.
  • Set up and structure databases.
  • Visualize data using dashboards.
  • Participate in management meetings and international workshops.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in economics, controlling, business administration, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field with a quantitative focus.
  • Proficient in written and spoken German and English.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Team-oriented with a commitment to collaboration.
  • Familiarity with SAP is desirable.
  • Experience in database and dashboard development is a plus.
  • Ability to prepare complex information in a structured manner.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
