About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Engineer to join our team at ERIKS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our customers in the industrial sealing solutions market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers on industrial sealing solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial sealing solutions market
  • Solve complex technical problems and provide solutions to customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Conduct product training and education for sales teams and customers
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industrial sealing solutions and their applications
  • Work closely with regional sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Plan and manage your work schedule to meet sales targets and objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in technical sales or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial sealing solutions and their applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel regularly to customer sites
  • Reside in the sales region
