Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Security Manager to join our team at the Ordnungsamt, Abteilung Verwaltung. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading IT security projects, providing expert advice, and ensuring the implementation of technical security measures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT security projects to implement technical security measures, focusing on the Ordnungsamt and Branddirektion.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to the Ordnungsamt and Branddirektion teams on IT security best practices, risk assessment, and security standards.
- Develop and maintain information security management systems, collaborating with the Information Security Officer, IT Coordination, and central IT security staff.
- Manage IT vulnerabilities, focusing on the Ordnungsamt and Branddirektion.
- Support the investigation and resolution of security incidents, developing strategies to mitigate risks and prevent future occurrences.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in IT security, preferably in a similar role.
- Project management experience and knowledge of IT security standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Familiarity with municipal or public administration, including knowledge of administrative processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of IT systems and applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
