Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei der Finanzplanung und Durchführung von monatlichen Abweichungsanalysen.
  • Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Geschäftsberichten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Finanzabteilung und dem kaufmännischen Leiter.
  • Zukünftige*r Ansprechpartner*in für Tochtergesellschaften in betriebs- und finanzwirtschaftlichen Angelegenheiten sowie Fachthemen im Bereich Controlling.
  • Erstellung konsolidierter Berichte der Tochtergesellschaften zu verschiedenen Anlässen.
  • Mitwirkung im Vertriebscontrolling.
  • Zusammenarbeit an Projekten im Zusammenhang mit dem ERP-System.
  • Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Instrumenten und Einbringung neuer Ideen.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Finanzen oder Wirtschaftsinformatik.
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung in ähnlichen Positionen in einem international tätigen mittelständischen Unternehmen.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, Bilanz und Cashflow sowie anderen Finanzkennzahlen.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung (HGB und IFRS).
  • Professioneller Umgang mit dem MS-Office Paket, insbesondere MS Excel und PowerPoint.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Nutzung des ERP-Systems Sage Office Line.
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, analytisches Denkvermögen und eigenverantwortliches Handeln.
  • Teamfähigkeit, kommunikative Kompetenz und Bereitschaft zum Wissensaustausch.
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
