Consumer Promotions Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in the complete process from client briefing to campaign development and follow-up
  • Design concepts, produce campaign materials, liaise with clients, and oversee daily campaign operations
  • Demonstrate creativity through visual designs such as promotional layouts and coupons
  • Create graphic presentations and informational documents for clients
  • Assist the sales team during client meetings and interact directly with customers
  • Collaborate with product management and partners to innovate new coupon and incentive offerings
  • Stay updated on market trends and contribute to product enhancements based on customer insights
  • Play a pivotal role in organizing, structuring, and evaluating the effectiveness of our department
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications
  • Relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Excellent analytical and organizational capabilities
  • Customer-focused, innovative, and sales-driven approach
  • Proficiency in German and strong skills in MS Office and graphic design tools
  • Ability to generate and execute ideas with passion
  • Enjoy collaborating in a team-oriented environment with supportive colleagues
