About the Role

Rizing Consumer Industries is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead our SAP implementation projects in the fashion and retail industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects in terms of scope, deliverables, timeline, budget, customer satisfaction, and project team satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage project scope, including change requests and scope creep.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including financials and operational metrics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term success.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of project management experience in SAP implementation projects.
  • Excellent project planning skills, including experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and experience with SAP implementation projects.
  • Experience working with international clients and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
