Quality Manager in Patient Care

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proficient individual to become part of our organization as a Quality Manager for Patient Care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute a quality management framework focused on patient care
  • Oversee and administer quality assurance initiatives
  • Develop protocols and standards in line with legal and organizational guidelines
  • Evaluate training requirements in light of ongoing advancements
  • Organize and execute educational programs for nursing personnel
  • Engage with regulatory bodies and healthcare services
  • Deliver hands-on training for nursing trainees
  • Serve as a liaison for volunteers and interns
  • Foster partnerships with nursing educational institutions
Qualifications:
  • Completed education as a licensed nurse
  • Additional credentials in nursing leadership or administration
  • Preferred experience in a leadership role
  • Certification as a practice instructor is advantageous
  • Business-oriented and customer-focused approach
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks
  • Familiarity with electronic nursing records
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated responsibility and dedication
  • Strong methodological and motivational abilities
  • Confident and assertive demeanor
