We are seeking a talented tech visionary to join our team as a CTO and Technical Co-Founder. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our product and technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a future-proof product and technology strategy that aligns with our overall business strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other public forums as the primary spokesperson for technology.
- Define and implement engineering strategies and procedures that align with our mission and vision.
- Build and manage a high-performing technology team, setting goals, providing mentorship, and coaching.
- Establish a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with the CEO, sales, finance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends, and explore opportunities to integrate them into our products and services.
- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leader in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
- Passion for technology and a strong desire to stay current with new developments in the field.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex problems.
- Proven ability to manage and inspire agile teams.
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles.
- Solid understanding of VR technology and immersive technology trends.
- Strong expertise in VR development tools and languages like Unity and C#.
- Fluency in German and English, with other languages being a plus.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience in other technologies and industries, such as web development, cloud computing, etc.
