Electrical Systems Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to support our client in the renewable energy sector. As part of an innovative company that specializes in the production of state-of-the-art electrolysis systems, you will make a significant contribution to shaping the energy transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System planning, design, and realization of electrical systems
  • Management of external service providers, including commissioning and coordination
  • Planning and implementation of control cabinets, electrical safety systems, sensors, and actuators
  • Preliminary, design, and implementation planning of all electrotechnical components and systems
  • Supervision of cost, schedule, and quality-compliant planning and implementation of all electrical engineering trades
  • Commissioning the electrical systems and managing research, pilot, and initial commercial demonstration projects
  • Coordination of approval and certification processes

Requirements:

  • Completed studies with a focus on electrical engineering or technical training in a similar field with further training as a technician
  • Experience in dealing with AC and DC systems, high-power rectifiers, switchgear, transformers, and other electrical devices
  • Experience in hardware planning with common planning and project planning tools
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent German and very good technical English skills
