About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Intern (m/f/d) in Customer Service Supply Chain to join our team at Abbott's Diagnostic Division.
This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience in:
- Customer Supply Chain Planning & Analysis within a dynamic international environment.
- Technical skills including SAP, Excel, CMSNXT, SQL, and Power BI Dashboard.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in projects aimed at improving gross margin for the Customer Service department.
- Coordinate logistics activities with third-party suppliers.
- Support the team in planning and optimizing customer logistics.
- Help monitor and control transport activities, including inspections.
- Analyze data and generate reports to enhance logistics processes.
- Contribute to the implementation of new processes and systems.
- Assist with monthly inventory tracking and updates to the Power BI Dashboard.
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses to aid in business decision-making.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least two semesters completed and strong academic performance.
- Availability for a six-month internship.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for supply chain management.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, showcasing creativity and initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a preference for collaborative environments.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with experience in handling large data sets.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
