About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Intern (m/f/d) in Customer Service Supply Chain to join our team at Abbott. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience in customer supply chain planning and analysis within a dynamic international environment.
What We Offer
As an intern, you will have the chance to work in a fast-paced commercial customer service operation at a leading healthcare company. You will gain exposure to various technical tools, including SAP, Excel, CMSNXT, SQL, and Power BI Dashboard.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in projects aimed at improving gross margin for the customer service department.
- Support the ordering and coordination of logistics activities with third-party suppliers.
- Help the team in planning and optimizing customer logistics.
- Participate in the physical control and monitoring of transport activities.
- Analyze data and create reports to enhance logistics processes.
- Contribute to the implementation of new processes and systems.
- Assist in monthly inventory tracking and updating Power BI Dashboards.
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions.
Qualifications
- You are a bachelor or master student with at least two semesters completed and strong academic performance.
- You are available for a six-month internship.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for supply chain topics.
- You work well with diverse teams, embracing creativity and innovation.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and you thrive in a team environment.
- You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and can handle large data sets.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
