About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Disponent to join our team at Dachser SE. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the deployment of our fleet in national long-distance transportation, taking into account legal, economic, and quality aspects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the deployment of our fleet in national long-distance transportation
  • Organize the economic use of our vehicle capacity in collaboration with other DACHSER locations and logistics companies
  • Plan capacity in the operational business in coordination with your colleagues in the Disposition department
  • Act as a point of contact for our customers, drivers, and partners, providing solutions-oriented support
Requirements
  • Completed education in the field of logistics or a comparable qualification
  • Desirable: previous experience in the field of Disposition at a logistics company
  • Good geographical knowledge and understanding of driving and rest times
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and communication skills
