At Siemens Healthineers, we are committed to innovation and excellence in the medical technology sector. We are seeking a Product Manager (f/m/d) for Clinical Applications in Neuro to lead the strategic direction of our Computed Tomography (CT) products.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Drive product management initiatives within the Clinical Workflow and Applications domain, specifically focusing on Neuro.
  • Establish product strategies and identify key success factors that contribute to the overall business performance of Siemens Healthineers.
  • Define compelling value propositions and essential functionalities for our products.
  • Manage market requirements, product backlog, use cases, and oversee the entire product lifecycle, including phase-out processes.
  • Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams (Product Management, Clinical Insights & Automation, R&D, Marketing, etc.) to gather and understand their needs.
  • Represent the CT Product Management team in the Clinical Applications Neuro sector, fostering cross-business line collaboration.
  • Continuously evaluate clinical, economic, and technological trends to assess their implications for our business.
  • Effectively communicate the established product strategy to internal stakeholders and management.

Your Qualifications:

  • A university degree in a technical, scientific, medical, or business-related discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of the radiology market, including economic, operational, and clinical aspects.
  • Extensive professional experience in the medical technology field, particularly in Product Lifecycle Management or Marketing & Sales.
  • Ability to identify market trends and opportunities, translating insights into actionable product requirements.

Your Skills and Attributes:

  • Proficient in engaging with external stakeholders and customers.
  • Strong capability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and navigate various organizational structures.
  • High intercultural sensitivity with experience in international collaboration, including willingness to travel as needed.
  • Curiosity and adaptability to quickly learn about new topics.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • A genuine passion for healthcare and a desire to influence its future.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently while considering the broader interests of the medical industry.
