We are a leading investor and developer in the renewable energy sector, specializing in solar energy. Our team is responsible for the technical management of our existing solar parks, the development of new investment opportunities, and the expansion of new business areas. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our sales team in the field of rooftop solar energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 4 sales engineers responsible for the development of new business opportunities in the rooftop solar energy sector
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve high sales targets and drive business growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the energy industry, focusing on industrial customers
  • Manage and develop the sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure high performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement sales processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate closely with the management team to drive business growth and development

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as energy engineering, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the energy industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the energy industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and motivation
