Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our IT Department in Krailling. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow software solutions, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MySQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow software solutions, workflows, and integrations
• Configuration Management (CMDB)
• Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements
• Administration of Knowledge Base and Service Catalog
• Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows
• Configure application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access controls
• Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third-party systems/applications via APIs
• Provides input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as user manuals
• Collaboration in the development of the overall system, but responsible for the development of modules and applications within the framework of the overall system
• Managing ServiceNow Asset Management

Requirements:

• In-depth ServiceNow Expertise: Comprehensive technical and functional knowledge in the administration and development of ServiceNow platforms, including configuration, customization, and module integration.
• Strong ITIL Knowledge: Solid understanding and practical application of the ITIL framework to ensure effective IT service management.
• Experience in Agile Environments: Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within an agile development team, including backlog management and requirements analysis.
• Advanced Programming Skills: Proficient in JavaScript, particularly in object-oriented programming, with experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow scripts.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong capability to analyze complex problems and proactively develop solutions that optimize service operations.
• Fluent English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to collaborate effectively in international teams.
