Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client software requirements.
  • Synthesize and clarify intricate requirements from diverse business areas.
  • Serve as a bridge between business needs and IT solutions, addressing both technical and functional aspects.
  • Develop, refine, and uphold comprehensive business models ensuring clarity, completeness, and accuracy.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of software testing during both implementation and operational phases.

Facilitate collaboration between IT and business units, conceptualizing and advancing innovative solutions.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in (Business) Informatics or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • Strong understanding of Requirements Engineering methodologies and modeling languages, including UML.
  • Familiarity with Data Warehousing concepts and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or HP ALM.
  • Relevant certifications, such as IREB, are a plus.
  • Fluency in both German and English is required.
