Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of quality control measures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing training to laboratory staff.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the implementation of quality control measures, including the establishment of new batches and the organization of maintenance and software updates for Point of Care (POC) devices.
- Communicate and coordinate with decentralized teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Develop and implement training programs for new staff members on the use of POC devices.
- Collaborate with POCT representatives at various laboratory locations to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Completed training as a Medical Laboratory Assistant (MTLA), Biomedical Laboratory Assistant (BTA), or Clinical Laboratory Assistant (CTA) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in the field of quality assurance and laboratory management.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong technical understanding and knowledge of regulatory requirements, including those of the German Medical Association (Bundesärztekammer).
