Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work at the intersection of our product, music, and marketing teams, driving revenue growth and shaping product strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, leveraging market insights to differentiate our offerings and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Leverage internal and external data to identify audiences, trends, and competitive landscapes, informing product development and marketing initiatives.
- Develop messaging and positioning that compels user behaviors and reaches into new marketing programs and campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product success.
- Lead the implementation of effective go-to-market plans for product and feature launches, holding stakeholders accountable to ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive product pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue, analyzing product performance metrics and market feedback to optimize marketing strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams and customers as a subject matter expert for the product portfolio, staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Research trends, risks, and opportunities in the music industry and digital streaming, establishing expertise in and enabling stakeholders on a set of verticals and audiences.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing or a related field, with a passion for the future of music and knowledge about music industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills, with a track record of presenting to both senior management and external audiences.
- Good judgment and an ability to handle complex situations with clarity and confidence, establishing good relationships, building trust, and managing stakeholders.
- Overall adaptability and organization skills, with comfort managing multiple projects and setting priorities.
