We are looking for a part-time Local Workplace Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team and help us achieve our mission.

As a Local Workplace Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our offices are maintained to a high standard, identifying necessary adjustments, fixes, repairs, and improvements.

You will coordinate with external contractors and vendors to address maintenance needs promptly and efficiently.

You will also support the onboarding/offboarding process, ensure office policies regarding safety and security are respected, and manage office supplies and inventory.

You will source contractors and suppliers for repairs, maintenance, cleaning, renovations, waste disposal, and security, creating a network that meets every need.

You will support health and safety audits, risk assessments, and investigation processes for accidents.
