Job Responsibilities
As a Transition & Project Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership of local and global (IT) projects, primarily in the context of the data center operation, SAP Application Management Services, and system deployments and migrations of IT customer landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and coordinate the project plan with customers and internal departments
• Ensure the project is executed within the agreed-upon budget, scope, and timeline
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to project team members
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in leading IT projects, preferably with SAP involvement
• Experience in planning and executing SAP AMS transitions
• Strong IT foundation, preferably with practical experience in IaaS or SAP operations
• Certification in a project management methodology, preferably Project Management Institute (PMI)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for customer-facing projects
