Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring revenue generation in accordance with agreed KPIs in your region of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define strategies, goals, and implementation plans to drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct regular meetings and sales reviews with customers to discuss product updates and training
  • Support the entire end-to-end customer relationship process, from lead generation to acquisition
  • Provide product and market-related information to internal teams to assist in product development activities
  • Develop and support marketing activities in close collaboration with local market teams
  • Provide support on accounts receivable activities, order processing, and other related activities
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a sales position for technical products, preferably in the PV inverter industry
  • Ability and willingness to travel 3 to 4 days a week
  • Good technical understanding and ability to sell a solution instead of only a product
  • Native in French and business fluent in English
  • Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
