Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Corporate Communications Assistant to support the Head of Corporate Communications at Kirsch GmbH Personalmanagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional and responsible support in the day-to-day operations of the corporate communications department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head of Corporate Communications in managing the office and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee the office management, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Develop and implement internal business processes and workflows.
  • Prepare presentations and reports as required.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Completed commercial education or equivalent experience.
  • High level of motivation, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and assume responsibility for tasks and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
