Join the Renewable Energy Revolution as a Junior Customer & Revenue Analyst
Are you eager to embark on a rewarding career in a dynamic international setting? As a Junior Customer & Revenue Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the commercial potential of our renewable energy resources. Your contributions will be essential in maximizing the value derived from our renewable assets. You will assist in integrating new clients into the Vattenfall framework while managing all aspects of contract execution, including settlement processes. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to deepen your understanding of renewable energy markets and make a meaningful impact in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
In your capacity as a Junior Customer & Revenue Analyst, you will have the unique chance to operate within a diverse international landscape, driving the commercial success of our renewable asset portfolio. Your primary duties will include:
- Establishing and ensuring the quality of our sales systems, including CRM, settlement, data management, and reporting.
- Digitizing contracts and leveraging data to identify areas for enhancement.
- Overseeing the delivery of services to all clients and relevant market participants, including grid operators.
- Facilitating effective communication to foster excellent collaboration within Vattenfall and beyond.
- Supporting the exchange of extensive data sets among market participants.
- Aiding in the refinement of operational processes related to our agreements.
- Assisting in the analysis of regulations pertinent to commercial products, terms, revenue strategies, marketing models, and asset performance monitoring.
Candidate Profile
Skills & Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Fundamental understanding of the renewable energy sector.
- A university degree in a relevant field, such as business administration.
- Strong attention to detail and a penchant for analytical tasks, including familiarity with PowerBI.
- Process-oriented mindset with initial experience in documentation tools like MS Visio.
- A collaborative team player with outstanding communication skills and a solution-focused approach.
- Proficiency in English and German (B2 level or higher), both written and spoken.
- Above all, a commitment to driving the transition to a zero-carbon future.
