About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP Business Development Manager to join our team at Aptean. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the ERP market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ERP market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales materials to effectively communicate the value of our ERP solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in software sales, ERP projects, or sales of complex products.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and their applications in various industries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in German and English languages.
