Senior Brand Manager

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Brand Manager, der unsere Produktlinien erfolgreich auf dem Markt positioniert und unsere Marke weiterentwickelt.
Verantwortlichkeiten- Produktlinien-Strategie: Entwicklung und Umsetzung umfassender Produktlinien-Strategien zur Erreichung unserer Geschäftsziele und zur Steigerung des Marktanteils.
- Teamleitung: Leitung funktionsübergreifender Teams, um die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Produktlinien-Kampagnen, Produkteinführungen und Marketinginitiativen sicherzustellen.
- Marktforschung: Durchführung von Marktforschungen und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifizierung von Markttrends, Verbrauchereinblicken und Möglichkeiten zur Differenzierung der Produktlinien.
- Kampagnenentwicklung: Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen, um wirkungsvolle Toolboxen zu entwickeln, einschließlich Kampagnenideen, Werbematerial für Ex-TV-Assets und Verpackungsdesign.
- Performance-Measurement: Überwachung der Produktlinien-Leistungskennzahlen und Analyse der Daten, um die Wirksamkeit der Marketingmaßnahmen zu messen und die Strategien entsprechend anzupassen.
- Budgetierung: Überwachung der Budgetierung und Finanzplanung für die Erstellung der globalen Produktlinien-Toolboxen im Hinblick auf die Medienplanung, um eine optimale Zuweisung der Ressourcen zu gewährleisten.
- Positionierung: Tiefes Verständnis der Zielgruppe und kontinuierliche Verfeinerung der Positionierung des Produktportfolios zur Erfüllung sich wandelnder Bedürfnisse.
- Kommunikation: Funktion als Produktlinien-Botschafter und Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Kommunikation und Repräsentation des Produktportfolios über alle Kontaktpunkte hinweg.
- Partnerschaften: Aufbau und Pflege enger Beziehungen zu externen Partnern, Agenturen und Interessengruppen zur Unterstützung der Markenziele.
- Mentoring: Mentoring und Anleitung von jüngeren Teammitgliedern, um ein kollaboratives und leistungsstarkes Arbeitsumfeld zu fördern.
- Ausbildung: Bachelor-Abschluss in Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich. Ein Master-Abschluss ist ein Plus.
- Erfahrung: Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz von mindestens 5 Jahren im Markenmanagement, vorzugsweise in einer ähnlichen Branche.
- Fähigkeiten: Ausgeprägtes strategisches Denken und analytische Fähigkeiten mit der Kompetenz, Daten in umsetzbare Erkenntnisse zu verwandeln. Hervorragende Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, mit einem scharfen Auge für Details und der Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu verwalten.
- Kenntnisse: Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Entwicklung erfolgreicher Markenkampagnen und Produkteinführungen. Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich. Sicherer Umgang mit Marktforschungsinstrumenten und -techniken, um datengestützte Entscheidungen zu treffen.
- Qualitäten: Teamorientierung mit starken Führungsqualitäten und der Fähigkeit, ein kollaboratives Arbeitsumfeld zu fördern. Kreatives Denken mit einer Vorliebe für Innovation und dem Aufgreifen von Branchentrends.
