What You'll Do

As a Senior Developer for SAP Cloud's leading Identity and Access Management (IAM) tool, you will be responsible for executing SAP's Cloud strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with international colleagues on development projects.
  • Working on the SAP Cloud Access Manager (CAM), a cloud-based integrated solution for managing identities and security entitlements across multiple cloud systems and cloud applications.
  • Optimizing and simplifying existing processes and code used in several cloud management tools.
  • Performing agile prototyping to evaluate which solution fits best for cloud operations.
  • Working in a friendly and agile team environment.

What You Bring

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent education.
  • Fluent German communication skills (C1) and good communication skills in English.
  • Proven programming skills in object-oriented languages like ABAP OO.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP Netweaver Basis or similar technologies as a foundation for automation.
  • Professional knowledge of key IAM principles, including authentication and authorization systems, identity lifecycle management, and identity governance.
  • Proven OS knowledge in Linux and Windows.
  • A 'can-do' attitude with a clear customer focus.

Meet Your Team

Within the Cloud Lifecycle Management area, the team develops the SAP Cloud Access Manager, a cloud-based integrated solution for managing identities and security entitlements. Your home team will be in the SAP Labs Dresden, a state-of-the-art facility that fosters innovation and collaboration.
