EUC Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer EUC to join our Operational Services team at SVA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and advising our customers on the operation, optimization, and development of their EUC infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide second-level support to customers through incident management
• Install, administer, troubleshoot, and monitor EUC environments
• Migrate and update EUC environments

Requirements

• Completed IT-related education or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Excellent knowledge in one of the following areas: Endpoint Security, Identity & Access Management, Patch Management, User-Profile Management, Unified-Endpoint Management, Workspace Security
• Experience with one of the following products: Microsoft 365, Endpoint Manager, VMware Workspace One, Citrix MDM, Ivanti
• Strong service orientation, team skills, and structured work approach
• Excellent communication skills with German language proficiency at level C1 (or higher) for communication with our German-speaking customers
