You will support our sales department in the smooth support of our customers through reliable calculation, optimal route planning and meaningful reporting. Your Key Responsibilities:- You are responsible for looking after your own customer portfolio and identifying new business opportunities.
- You will be responsible for acquiring new customers by telephone and building strong relationships with existing ones.
- You are responsible for the implementation of cross-product sales initiatives and market analyses.
- You will be responsible for carrying out market analyses and providing valuable insights to our sales team.
- Your tasks also include the conscientious preparation and follow-up of customer meetings in our CRM system.
- You have successfully completed your commercial training, ideally in the field of freight forwarding/logistics or have initial professional experience in the field of freight forwarding.
- You have a high affinity for numbers and sales as well as an analytical understanding.
- You are motivated and don't let a "no" throw you off track so quickly.
- You enjoy working together and dealing with customers and customer requirements.
- You have already gained some experience in working with common Office programs.
- Fluent German and ideally a good command of English round off your profile.
