About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing your own customer portfolio, acquiring new customers, and implementing cross-product sales initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow your customer portfolio through reliable calculation, optimal route planning, and meaningful reporting.
  • Acquire new customers through telephone sales and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Implement cross-product sales initiatives to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Conduct market analyses to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare and follow up on customer meetings in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
Your Profile
  • You have successfully completed your commercial training, ideally in the field of freight forwarding or logistics, or have initial professional experience in the field of freight forwarding.
  • You have a strong affinity for numbers and sales, as well as an analytical understanding of the logistics industry.
  • You are motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • You are proficient in common Office programs and have a good command of English.
