Job Title: Head of Green Power Pricing and Structuring

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Green Power Pricing and Structuring team. As Head of Green Power Pricing and Structuring, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies for our green power business across Europe.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for green power products, working closely with the Quant team and other stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of pricing and product structuring experts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of pricing and structuring projects.
  • Collaborate with the Green Power Portfolio Management team to provide insights and recommendations on pricing and structuring strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and risk frameworks, ensuring that our pricing and structuring strategies are aligned with industry best practices.
Your Profile:
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies for green power products.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of experts.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of energy markets, regulations, and risk frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
