About the Role:

We are on the lookout for a Business Data Specialist to become a vital member of our Analytics Team. This team is essential in delivering insightful data analysis to assist stakeholders in making well-informed decisions. In this role, you will be tasked with examining intricate data sets and providing actionable insights to facilitate business growth.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Advise Business and Product Leaders on utilizing data insights effectively
  • Establish and track key performance indicators for product effectiveness
  • Perform ad-hoc data evaluations and partner with teams to develop solutions
  • Collect and analyze data from diverse sources to identify trends and opportunities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for data inquiries and provide guidance on data product specifications
  • Create and refine dashboards for thorough analysis
  • Work alongside IT teams to enhance data infrastructure and tools
  • Produce management reports and conduct in-depth analyses

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data analysis
  • Proficient in SQL (knowledge of Python is advantageous)
  • Experience with data tracking and visualization platforms
  • Understanding of user behavior analysis and visualization techniques
  • Strong communication and analytical abilities
  • Self-motivated, organized, and driven
