Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain the electrical workshop of the equipment decontamination system
  • Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs
  • Train external and internal personnel on equipment, machinery, and systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, radiation protection requirements, and company policies
  • Possibly operate forklifts, crane systems, and lifts

Requirements:

  • Completed electrical engineering training
  • Knowledge of radiation, fire, and occupational safety as well as VDE regulations preferred
  • Forklift, crane, and rigging training desired
  • Fit for working in controlled areas and with radioactive materials
  • Experience with sealed and open radioactive substances is a plus
