Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at be4solutions in Berlin. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing market development strategies in the region of Ost (Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden, Magdeburg) in line with set sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new customers in the field of contract and transportation logistics
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase leads and sales
  • Collaborate with the tender management, logistics control, and operational teams to develop concepts and offers
  • Prepare and conduct presentations and negotiations with customers
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and analyze customer needs
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
