Key Responsibilities
- Manage, expand, and enhance a VMware virtualization environment (e.g., NSX-T, vSAN, vRA)
- Monitor performance and ensure availability
- Collaborate on IT projects, including the development of a software-defined data center
- Provide troubleshooting and resolution support at the 2nd level
- Document processes and create operational manuals and guidelines
Your Qualifications
- Proven experience with VMware or similar virtualization technologies (ESX, KVM, Hyper-V)
- Solid understanding of system administration for Windows and/or Linux
- Experience in planning and executing IT projects
- Proficient in written and spoken German
- Strong teamwork skills, analytical mindset, and a keen interest in emerging technologies
