About the RoleThis role blends hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both areas.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide direction on the architecture and design of both our telemedicine platform and diagnostic software medical device, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with our business goals.
- Hands-On Development: Facilitate communication within the engineering team, ensuring alignment on technical decisions and project timelines. Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management and optimization of our AWS-based infrastructure, utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to ensure efficient, scalable deployment processes.
- Demonstrated experience in leading technical projects, particularly in a startup or product-focused environment.
- You are fluent in English, German is a plus.
