Transformation Program Leader

Position Overview: The Project & Program Manager will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and overseeing the execution of transformation initiatives and projects within dormakaba. This role serves as a central point of coordination across various functions and regions, ensuring that project outcomes are quantifiable and directly contribute to the P&L as tangible EBITDA gains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directing the execution of specific transformation streams.
- Establishing and implementing best practices, procedures, and quality standards for transformation efforts.
- Identifying synergies across projects and recognizing inter-project dependencies while assessing associated risks, requirements, and opportunities.
- Fostering robust relationships with all stakeholders, particularly Steering Committees, Project Owners, and Project Managers.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in global program management and leading organizational teams.
- Strong collaborative spirit and team-oriented mindset.
- Results-driven approach with a focus on achieving quick outcomes.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience, demonstrating a close engagement with operational tasks rather than solely delegating responsibilities.
