Aufgaben
  • Als Senior Finance Manager definierst du gemeinsam mit dem Senior Leadership Team strategische Projekte und treibst deren Umsetzung voran.
  • Du erstellst detaillierte Finanzanalysen, präsentierst die Ergebnisse und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen daraus ab.
  • Du erstellst Businesspläne, Finanzmodelle und Projektbudgets, trackst und berichtest über deren Einhaltung mit Unterstützung durch das Controlling.
  • Du unterstützt Projekte aller Funktionen als Corporate Finance Experte.
  • Du fungierst für spezifische Projekte als Ansprechperson und Koordinator für externe Dienstleister.
  • Du unterstützt das C-Level bei der Vorbereitung von Investorenterminen und Kapitalmaßnahmen.
  • Du entwickelst ein tiefes Verständnis unserer Finance- und Risk-Funktion und unterstützt den Head of Finance bei der Weiterentwicklung der Funktion.
  • Du treibst in Zusammenarbeit mit den Prozessverantwortlichen "Operational Excellence"-Projekte und Prozessverbesserungen voran.
  • Du berichtest direkt an den CFO.
Qualifikation
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes BWL Studium mit Schwerpunkt Corporate Finance und/oder Strategie.
  • Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Unternehmensberatung, Corporate Finance oder Corporate Development.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und hast Erfahrungen mit Prozessverbesserungen in der Finance Funktion.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Corporate Finance und Financial Modelling Kenntnisse.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Senior Management und der Kommunikation mit Investoren / Gesellschaftern.
  • Du hast selbständig Projekte geplant, die Implementierung geleitet und die Projektziele verwirklicht.
  • Du fühlst Dich auch bei der Koordination cross-funktionaler Teams wohl.
  • Du freust Dich mit sehr unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern umzugehen und begegnest dabei jedem respektvoll und auf Augenhöhe.
  • Du kommunizierst fließend in Deutsch und Englisch.
