The Markert Group is a forward-thinking technology firm with a workforce exceeding 200 employees across Germany and internationally. Under our brands marsyntex and marsoflex, we stand as a premier supplier of specialized textile filtration technology and hose systems. Our clientele spans national and global enterprises in sectors such as chemicals, mining, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, food production, and mechanical engineering.
We are particularly interested in candidates who are well-acquainted with the designated sales territory and are fluent in one of the relevant languages. Your role will involve significant travel to engage with both existing and prospective clients, complemented by periodic visits to our headquarters.
We seek enthusiastic sales professionals for the BELGIUM / NETHERLANDS region, specializing in filtration technology for the mining, food, and chemical sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing support and guidance to current clients
- Identifying and cultivating new market opportunities
- Formulating, coordinating, and executing sales strategies
- Preparing and following up on commercial and technical proposals
- Managing order processing through ERP & CRM systems
- Negotiating terms, pricing, and handling contract management
- Collaborating closely with the sales support team and technical departments
Qualifications
- Completed technical education or degree, preferably in process engineering
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in Sales & Account Management within the relevant industries
- Extensive experience in selling complex products, ideally in process filtration or engineering
- Sales-oriented and solution-focused mindset
- Organized and methodical approach to work
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Strong ambition and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficient in modern IT tools
- Valid driving license
- Fluency in English, with German as a plus
- Residence in Western Germany, Belgium, or the Netherlands
